Heres the deal:
One room can be rented for the month of July only @ $550.00. If you want to stay for August you must pay August upfront.
Another room can be rented July-onwards with first/last required. 60 day notice to leave therefore you need to commit to 2 months.
Very homey basement apartment with windows. Big living room and kitchen (open concept)
Both rooms have closets and fit queen beds comfortably.
I love this place but I found an apartment closer to my new work location.
Would prefer to have 2 people who know each other. Currently occupied by a young professional and FT student.
5 Minute walk to the bus stop.
10 minute bus ride to Dufferin Station.
Each room is $550.00
