I have a bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) available in my 4th floor apartment for rent immediately.
Rent is $600/mo., which covers ALL utilities (Hydro, Heat, A/C, Water) AND 150G/mo of High Speed Internet access. Rent may be negotiable if you're looking to stay for longer than September-April (ie. the school year).
The bedroom can come as furnished with a bed (and linen), dresser, mirror, lamp, etc, and can also have a large work table/desk if you like, OR you can have it unfurnished.
You'll have full shared access to:
- Kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave and all cutlery/appliances/dishes, etc).
- Dining Room
- Living Room (TV, Gaming consoles/games, film collection, furneture)
- Full Bathroom
-Storage closets and Pantry
- Balcony
Laundry facilities located on-site and across the street.
Parking available for $40/mo. (to be arranged through the superintendent, there are spots above or below-ground open).
