laundry is a ten minute walk away. The house is close to George Brown and 24hr ttc lines/subway stations. I don't have internet as I use my phone but I'd be down to split on a hotspot if having internet at home is a necessity.
Prorated rent for month jan depending on when u take it. Then $650 a month . First and last is required.
